• Care To Be Taken After Embryo Transfer.                                                                                                                                                        When you are going though in vitro fertilization (IVF) The day when your doctor actually transfer embryo into yours uterus few point is to be taken care with-

1.Eating healthy food - The food rich in calcium, protein, vitamins, iron etc.

2.Keep taking your medicines which is prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip or stop any medication without doctor’s advice.

3.Avoid any strenuous physical activities such a lifting weight, running household work, sports.

4. Avoid eating food mentioned bellow:

• Cashew nuts
• Papaya
• Pine apple
• Non veg diet
• Drum sticks
• Leafy vegetables
• Fenugreek
• Dill Greens(Shepu/Suva)

5.Avoid stress.

6.Keep your mood happy and joyful.

7. Avoid sexual intercourse.
